Earlier today we covered rumored pricing for Windows 7 upgrades; now, live from Apple's WWDC event, it looks like we've got an official upgrade price and rough release date for Snow Leopard, Apple's update to Leopard. The price tag: $29 for a single upgrade, $49 for a five-user family pack. The release date: September. Considering Windows 7 is dropping October 22nd, it looks like this fall is going to be an all-out OSgasm. [Gizmodo]
